I really love pink. It is such a soothing color. The older I have gotten, the lighter my color palette has grown. Working as a registered nurse for over 20 years, can surely be stressful! What a breath of fresh air to walk into our family room of whites and pinks. These colors give me much comfort. Pastel shades of pink, blue, yellow and stress free WHITE surround me and my husband in a few rooms of our home.

Peggy I love the pink glassware! Your house sounds so pretty. I am finding that I also prefer soft pastels now, and am gradually changing my decor to more of a shabby cottage style with pinks, and soft blues.
